Can a good charger revive a doa battery? I have a wf-139 charger which cant charge one of me batteries.
The cells are blue ultrafire.
Hm, dunno you can revive li-ion, maybe I'm wrong :| I've heard about reviving NiMh batts.
Is it a Protected cell or unprotected?

If it's the protection that tripped then yes, a good charger would be able to reset it.
Could the Nitecore IntelliCharge I4 do the trick?

Try shorting it for a second with another cell...but only a second! (and with safety gloves, safety coat and face shield!)
Ive revived a couple DOAs this way but it takes a while to cycle them to capacity. Ymmv
