Romisen T602 3-mode in NW!

I just saw that Shiningbeam has the Romisen T602 in NW T6 with a proper 3 mode driver! They also have a 3 mode version of the U2 XML.I have the kind-of a two mode U2 version and really like it, but the 2 modes are really close so I have always used it as a 1 mode light. This light with three well placed modes and with a NW T6 is gonna be a great light.Just ordered one, should be here by the end of the week!-Rick

Thanks for the heads up, please follow up when you get it. Looks like Bryan did the right thing with this light to put a proper driver in it and offer a NW tint. These mods will put it on my list for potential purchase. Romisen makes some solid hosts with nice beam profile.

I wonder what the PWM is ...

Yes if Shiningbeam were to put in a real Nanjg driver, I’m pretty sure sales would surely increase as word gets around on the forums.

The 3,30,100% with memory had me thinking (and hoping) he used a Nanjg driver.

Yeah , my reasoning is if the Romisen had the same undetectable PWM that the XIN TD has , then we will have a good competitor for it .

And you could get it much quicker .

Any updates on this light, have you had a chance to try it? I’m really interested in it as well. Thanks.

Sorry LowLumen, I forgot about this thread!I did get the light, it works well and I like it but……it is only driven at two amps instead of the 2.8 amp driver I thought it had.Still a great light and it is bright with three good modes.I e-mailed Bryon at Shiningbeam and he said they went with the two amp driver due to heat issues when using 2 cr123’s.I have the older 2 mode XML U2 version of this light and it draws 3.6 amps and it seems to deal with heat ok(on 18650).I think I am going to install a 2.8 amp driver in this one to get it up to where I wan’t it.-Rick

I have not tested this one but I sure can say, that if this is anything like T601, it is one heck of a solid constructed light!
