i bought a new “gray” (blue) S2+ from BangGood
it seemed to work flawlessly when i first got it on monday. now i struggle to get passed the first brightness.
i short press for less than 0.5 of a sec. will go to the sencond maybe 2 out of 10 times.
battery is at 3.9v
is the timing that finicky with these, or do i have bad firmware/driver?
Did u try configuring the biscotti (dont if you havent)?
Also try these steps and clean all contacts

thanks, i hadn’t tried choosing yet. i was using the default (1)
contacts seem clean. the light is bright if i use a group that starts with 100%
the light seems to want to either not go to the 2nd setting, or if i’m on the 3rd it goes back to 1.
i know a long click should set it back to 1 but short clicks do it too. very frustrating. :person_facepalming:
Retaining rights should be tight
The tail ring in the s2+ should be reverse thread
