At first I didn't really care, and then I remembered that they were one of the only vendors of Feilong 32650's.
I have had 3 orders for the Feilong 32650 batteries returned to FT because of the post. I have these on order which I hope are Feilong. KD have these in supposedly protected and non protected. I have ordered the protected ones.
The black ones here got good reviews over at cpf.

Haven’t dealt much with Alibaba, except the scammer on those cheap flashlights.
FT still ships Li-Ion. They still have PLENTY in stock and you just need to know what shipping option to select
I’ve been trying a bunch of small test shipments with them lately. Ali Express said in one of their tutorials to choose a seller with 95% feedback and above, so I’ve tried to follow that advice. In a couple of instances a give some sellers at around 93% a try. It’s rather astonishing how low the feedback can be on that site for the majority of sellers, goes to show the difference between the Ali system and eBay.
I favor the Feilong because I already have one and hoped to add identical cells to my collection instead of having a bunch of mismatched cells. Those cells you linked to might be my only option though. I won't be building a 32650 light for another month or two, so hopefully the shipping problems will be solved by then. I'll be just as happy if Banggood starts carrying these cells too.
We stocked up on 18650 batteries before this debacle. Meanwhile, while this battery drama continues to play out, I’ll just keep ordering knives. The missus has slowed down on all her e-ciggy paraphernalia but I’m still getting nice perky shipment times for knives when I take the USPS shipping. I slip those $10 to $20 FT knives under her radar one at a time and she hasn’t said anything so far.
