I know 20R, but never seen this type before.
They sell NCR18500 2000mAh
That is good news to who want to buy that batteries.
Great cells but I think they might lose against the 20R at 20A and up.
There is a 24R version, 2400mAh, sold as 25A max.
20A and up haha, 20R is rated 22A max, sold as 20A max.
WoW - the 24R's are posted for sale here:
At the first link, the specs are listed as lower internal resistance than the Samsung 20R... Hhmmmm, little pricey with shipping looks like, but 2400 mAh, lower resistance than a 20R, maybe?
Can some1 confirm 24R really exist? Thats cheaper then any battery i know
They even sell these 30A Sony cells. $6.95 each. SONY US18650VTC3 HIGH DRAIN 30A Rechargeable Lithium Li-on 18650
And these SONY US18650VTC4 HIGH DRAIN 30A Rechargeable Lithium Li-on 18650 $8.79 each.
These are more expensive than 20R's from FastTech, and they show in stock, so I'd assume they are real, though dunno bout this vendor. I'm thinking the eBay source I've dealt with before - sounds familiar, not sure....
1 piece is $8.20 as I read it -- not so cheap.
But i just ordered 4 inr18650 20r from focalecig for 22.50$
Till next time
I'll see if I can get a few in my next order to test. These do look interesting!
Yea, i was looking at the shipping price, that got me confused
Everything bout these cells listed sounds promising. the "24" means 2400,and the "R" is their top level that I know of. I've got 15M's, 20Q's, and seen others with similar ratings, all less than "R" though. Dunno if an "S" or "T" exists. It's the same ol thing - are they not cheap because not popular, or not popular because not cheap? Chicken and egg thing...
I would love a 20R with more staying power, and this would be it, though a 20% bump is nice, I'd always want more...
Runtime is overrated
