Folks need to check their dates of order. Dont forget to file your paypal disputes before the 30 day deadline or you wont be able to in the future. I simply dont trust tmart after this stunt:

I would think if Louis posted here that he would try to help, then I would PM him with my problems and see if he will do just that. From talking to Tmart folks across the water, I think things will be corrected. Just my two cents worth.
Just remember that no one will do anything during the Chinese New Years, so bet on no replies till after the 7th of February or so... from most any overseas seller and nothing is actually going to ship either, since the post does not move then and even when they start back up, the backlog will take another two weeks. People need to plan on not ordering after Mid-January, till Mid-February. It's just common sense not to order when you know no one is on the other end. Now, knowing that everyone over there basically shuts down for close to two weeks, ordering anything and then bitching about it would be just plain belligerent.

From a previous thread today (that got deleted as spam or was removed by SB), the reference was for the poorly conceived “game” posted by lewis that lead many BLF members to believe that they would stand a chance in winning a free coupon. They didnt, and he offered no explanation or remedy; which detracted enormously from his credibility. Given the circumstances, his coming in here again and posting on the same day that tmart is such a standup company seemed extremely inflammatory to many of us (regardless of the obvious holidays and shipping hold).
Tmart,… just work hard to gain some credibility. fullfill your orders in reasonable time frame, put in place a real CS to reply to questions, queries, disputes and claims and don’t spam. Putting in place Bogus games for winning coupons goes the opposite way in getting client’s trust. We are not idiots, by creating bogus game you have given me another reason not to order from you.
i found that game with arrows is fun…i wanted to order s60 camera stabilizer which costs 130 $ and i was happy with 5% off because if i win 3 $ off it will be “less less” J) anyway, we can’t judge them and hang them just because of this game…
i think the game is just the latest of many straws

I have no problems with any order from them, but I think we shouldn't just write them off about a simple game..

They did, I got 14 coupons. As you probably would have if you'd calm down. The rules irritated people, he adjusted the game rules, seemingly removed the limits. Give the guy a chance. Just my 2 cents.
Gj, most people that read his thread tried and obviously didnt get the same opportunity as you. Its nice that you were able to come along later and discover that the stops had been pulled and take advantage. But you nor he made a comment to alert everyone of the changes after all the complaints. Sorry but thats just pure BS and very bad business. I hope you enjoy your myriad of coupons. Most here got none. From my personal perspective, I had no intention of ordering anything. It just pisses me off to no end when I see this type of crap.
