At what point should I start to worry? A few orders were from 3 weeks ago and haven’t seen anything.
I just got 1 light from my last order which was about 1 1/2 weeks ago, and was a 5 light order, and online says order complete. One light was 2 weeks ago, and hasn’t even shipped yet.
I don’t mind waiting, but generally it’s been 2 weeks max for orders.
I usually start to get very annoyed at 4 weeks after it’s been shipped. At some point though, you need to think about a possible PayPal claim if you don’t think it’s going to come. Normally if it’s not an expensive order, I’ll just take my chances if the PP claim window passes without my order arriving.
depends who you ordered it from if it's DX expect to die first .. put the light in your will .
3 weeks is pretty standard
I don't worry till it hits about 35 days then I start thinking paypal but I haven't filed a dispute in a long time ...it will come ,, think about your next purchase
I had a DX order once take 8 weeks from the time it was shipped, which was a week after I ordered it … so, 9 weeks is my record.
That’s what we love about Fasttech’s USPS shipping. We usually get it about a week after it ships, which lately has been taking a little longer but still acceptable. Consistently getting orders 2 weeks from China from the moment you order is much better than 4 weeks or more. I think our record with FT is one week from the day it was ordered, which even beats some Amazon non-prime orders.
One day I realized I had turned cheap when I waited a month to get something just to save a couple bucks. Though I sometimes splurge. Today I ordered a D40A from Amazon Prime and paid $79.50, though it does come with 4 free batteries.
Solarforce and FastTech are my favourites, consistently good and great customer service, usually 7-12 days.
Some other sellers can be longer and 3 weeks isn’t unusual after that I start emailing. This to the U.K.
How was it shipped? China Post? Hong Kong Post? Singapore post?
I just received a FastTech order in 7 days. Order was placed after a CNQG order which is coming Singapore Post. SG Post says "dispatched to overseas country" and stuck there. I'd say SG Post is at least 3 weeks delivery. China post for me lately has been 2 to 3 weeks (though I got one order in 7 days by China Post). HK Post has been about 1 week (rare) to 2 weeks (more likely).

Thanks for the replies guys. I feel better… and gonna be more careful about which place I order from. Yes, I did try to save a few dollars as mentioned above.
Dx is very slow, FT is consistent with my total of 8 orders, haven’t tried anywhere else, as shipping to Africa is a hit and miss affair.
