The “best” is what you like, not what other’s like. Start researching and reading reviews to get an idea of what you might like, then buy one.

Best to me is brightest with just low and hi mode. I’ve had the XinTD SC-82 C8 light for thee years and holy cow nothing has come close… as far as a single 18650. I haven’t really seen them offered lately.
