Sipik SK68 w/EZ900?

You guys are probably tired of sipik sk68 threads but I wanted to know about this. It’s probably asking allot for the price but you never know.

Do they sell a Sipik SK68 with:
-XR-E EZ900
-Glass Lenses
-Are SK68s Regulated?
-Multi-Mode

I am mainly looking for the EZ900 or hardest driven with modes but maybe they do.
Thanks BLF people.

PS: Anyone know the lux@1m numbers for the SK68 fully zoomed out?

My 1 mode sample has EZ900, if having a square reddish/orangeish (is that a word?) frame around the dye is any indicator.

I’ve never heard of an SK68 with glass lens. I don’t think you’ll find that anywhere.

No idea about regulation. It’s very bright and heats up very quickly, draws ~1.1A at the tailcap from a cheap 14500.

Multi mode are available, don’t have any, so no comment there.

I have one with EZ900. I don’t think it’s the most important thing (brightness bin and colour are).
I have one with glass lens, the rim has crumbled a little against metal.
Regulated - sort of. With NiMH the tailcap current is stable 1.7A. With 14500 changes from about 2A (not regulated at all) to 0.4A (regulated below 3.1V)
I have one mode.

I had glass lens, the original SK68 $10 from Manafont. Between Tomtop, UltraOK and Sipik, Sipik one is the best in quality, zoom tightness and anodizing.

But nowadays at $10, it feels way overpriced for an XR-E. The UltraOK was $6, almost half the price.

I see, I like the EZ900 for it’s high surface brightness area. I ordered one more and called it a day. This forums got me looking at other lights.
Thanks guys!
