Skilhunt H03 SE vs Skilhunt H04

Hi gang,

Can anyone see any difference between Skilhunt's new Headlamps, H03 SE vs H04?
Other than the tube knurling, the specs seem identical to me.

Looks like a more customizable UI on the H04.

Ah yes - The H04 seems to add the ability to edit the brightness levels of the 4 pre-set modes.

Otherwise, both lights appear identical.

I suspect purpose of H03 SE is merely to use up existing inventory of H03 tubes/buttons/etc.

Just got my H04F RC. The diffuser is still meh and seems fragile but overall I’m loving it.

I’m liking this new skilhunt mode B customizable UI. Click on/click off, hold to change mode. Programming is also great. At first glance of the manual I thought you can only choose brightness levels of the 4 modes in the cycle. Turns out you can include any or all modes you want in the cycle except for turbo 1 which is always double click.

From mode B with light on, triple click goes to programming mode. The light cycles L2-L1-M2-M1-H2-H1-T2 and back again. While the light cycles the switch led turns on when that particular mode is included in the cycle and off when not. Clicking the switch will toggle on or off. Hold the switch to save settings. As far as I’ve tried you can program it to minimum of 2 modes and maximum of 7 modes with all modes enabled (not including turbo 1). So, great and versatile UI and better than the H03 SE UI and worth the exrra cash.

Also, Yajiamei 17mm XML optics still fit. With some heat and a lot of force I was able to unthread the head. Same threads as the H03 so interchangeable tubes and H03 shorty mod will also work with the h04!!!
