Skilhunt H04 driver troubleshooting

Hi,
I have a Skilhunt H04 headlamp that died suddenly after 14 months. I’m trying to figure out what might be wrong with it. I’ve done some of the simpler things, like cleaning the contacts on the tailcap and new battery. That didn’t solve it. Is there a way to figure out if the problem is the circuit board or the LED?

I’ve read that it’s easy to replace the circuit board on the H04, but I haven’t been able to google anything. Any special terms I should use? I’m in the US.

I would also be interested in some troubleshooting tips. I’ve had a dead H04 laying on my bench for several months that I really need to look at. I think I have read that the driver is the most common problem with these lights. Can anyone confirm that? Are parts available for this light?
