Small flashlight with dim amber or non-blue light?

Thanks - the warm white 3400K option?

I actually have a Thrunite Ti3 that has a dim firefly mode which is 0.04 Lm:

The Ti3 is the perfect size and the brightness is good but I worry that it is too blue and might be disrupting my metalonin production?

Is the light from the Ti3 different to the Sofirn C01?

I also have a Thrunite T01 but that is way too bright. But is it possilbe to get dimmer bulbs or change them somehow to be less blue?
