First one looks kinda nice, but the second looks ugly as f*k!

Looks like they ought to have a built-in chargingcircuits with the battery/flash symbol on the rubbercovers.

I saw that second one and was confused.

Why have thick plastic diving reflector and then a little rubber charging port cover???

I have seen this elsewhere, with the screw lock lens, me thinks this is a diving light…
