So i got a fake nitecore i4

I bought it from EdisonBright on Amazon thininkg it to be a reputable retailer……wrong The caps are not nitecore branded and neither is the transformer. A magnet sticks to the positive contacts and there is no serial number anywhere. Its the older version that has the blue mains input plug, but the back label is different from the one in HKJ’s review, the CE and house logo are swapped, and it lists the power rating in watts, whereas it does not on HKJ’s.

Just a warning, becaue ive had it nearly 2 years and just looked today. Way too late to get my money back. I wont be putting any more lithium cells in it for sure.

After 2 years, I wouldn’t worry about still using it. Any issues would have shown themselves by now. I’ve been using exclusively for the last 4 years, an i4 knock-off - that I knew was such upon delivery. Absolutely no issues. 3 Sanyo cells ( genuine ) I got at the same time are still in top shape.
