Hi, before yesterday I ordered a Q8 Plus from Sofirn’s website. Some hours ago I got this email requesting me to cancel the order so that they can refund. Should I? I mean, it’s a bit odd that they don’t cancel it by themselves and refund it right away…
That is their real email, but make sure to check it was signed properly. Not sure why they don’t cancel it themselves, maybe it’s bad for their paypal reputation or something of that sort.
