I ordered IF22A flashlight in green when it was on sale and in stock on aliexpress. Sofirn informed me that it was discontinued and not in production anymore. They asked me to choose a different color, but I just wanted green. They refused to refund the money, told me to choose a different color and I had to escalate with aliexpress. Very disappointed with this company and their behavior. The product is still showing that it’s in stock. I will hopefully get my money back, but I should not have to escalate through aliexpress. Disappointing customer experience.
