Thanks for the review.
I have been wondering about the real differences.

I have the original version. I have been considering getting the PRO. I do like the beam pattern and CCT of the PRO better. But the thing about the light activating when the rotary switch is used is holding me back. I think I will wait to see if they fix that before buying the PRO version.
