Not impressed by the temperature regulation. Within two hours the output increases from about 400 to about 500 lm, so it starts 20% below what it actually could do. Maybe its getting better when you raise the max. temp by 5K or so? A TrustFire T11R (SST-40/likely 5700K, rated 1800 lm, but visually equally bright if not brighter than the SC31 Pro) runs regulated (also with ATR) at about 770 lm for 110 minutes. That’s a whole different quality.
The thermal regulation works great as seen in the graphs. With a full battery the driver has a lower efficiency and produces more heat.
