Sofirn SC32 issue

I bought a Sofirn SC32 in January, 2024 and it currently only runs in moon mode. I suspect a defective tail switch. I have tried several fully charged 18650 batteries, but it still doesn’t light in low, medium, high or turbo.
If the issue is a faulty tail switch, where can I obtain one?

The switch works insofar as it turns the light on/off? If so, not a faulty switch.

Edit: you may have locked the light. Try four clicks to unlock.
