Price is nice indeed. Personally I have to wait a while before buying more stuff but for anyone else interested they can be converted into rather kick *ss lights: Mod: Olight SR Mini with triple SST-40 and host bypass.

X3, how hard would it be to change the driver on one of these?

I’ve always liked these lights, but the low mode is too high for me to use around the house when the wife is sleeping!

In stock form, the driver is a boost driver…
So from the 3*18650 in parallel, it boosts the voltage to 12V to power the 3 LEDs which are in series.
You could use one of the Lexel drivert and use a Noctigon XP32 (parallel) with Nichias for example…
But then you don’t have onboard charging anymore
Unfortunately for me, the SR-Mini are not exactly modding friendly (well, I use 2 of them as ambient lights with nice 7A tint 90+ CRI XM-L2).
