Unless your using trick photography that scroll work is exquisite. I've seen the vid on how you do your round file work. Is there another coming on how to do this or is it a trade secret. In my peak I would not have had a hope of doing work like that. Simply amazing. I wish you all the best for the sale.
It's no secret. It's just nerves of steel, LOL. I used a very small (4" to 6" long) Nicholson slim or extra slim triangular file, a lot of masking tape layers and a lot of time. It was nerve wracking, but I did just follow the knurl cuts and open them up. I put the rings at each end, so the other cuts would not show where they ended. It was many hours of work.
Wow! No wonder it sold fast! I love it. And surely understand why you do too OL. Outstanding craftmanship and output in one package. Thank you for sharing these with us mere mortals!
Novel idea and raising the bar again, please don’t ever stop enchanting us with your magic file work. Nerves of steel my A$$, more like nerves of fine titanium wire, unbreakable.
