This is probably the last of the lights that I do ahead of time. I did it, to use it for photos in the other perpaid thread. It's a 2D LED Maglite using the LED reflector, an MT-G2 on a Maxtoch star, machined aluminum heat sink, 9 amp linear driver with zener mod and DrJones lumodrv program, momentary switch, glass lens, battery tubes for 26650 or 18650. I really like the style of this one. It's different from the others.
Some of the shots were taken before final polish, while I was "in the middle" of working on it.
You need two really strong batteries to get anywhere close to 9 amps out of it and Protected cells would probably bee too long to fit well.
Main modes are low/high and then there's a bunch of stuff to play with, just read up on the lumodrv program here.
