Up for sale is this Convoy S4 that I put a 3-up XP-G2 S2 2B in it, with a 105C driver at 4.5 amps, (that's 4.5 amps parallel, so about 1.5 amps per led). I made a custom Copper heat sink and it shows through the slots in the head. Three modes H/M/L with last mode memory. It's a real nice and real bright floody light. Good for closer up, not much past about 35 yards.

It draws 4.5 amps at the tail. It gets hot fast, but theres a mass of copper there, so it will be fine. The star is an IS aluminum one. The optic is the clear tight one for the three ups, form IS.

Price is $45 USD CONUS and add $5 for International. Shipping is included.

oh yeah, got my triple XP-G2 built last night…thing i a pocket size light, the Convoy S2 that thinks it’s a SRK…even at 4.5A (Extra 4 chips total of 12)

Crazy how bright it gets! Soldering the pill kicked my butt though…stupid hunk of metal kept sucking the heat out of my iron and made it very hard to tack down the driver

OL, did you do a write up of your mod to this light?

No, I did not. It wasn't anything different than the usual. Pipe couplings and copper shot with solder to make the heat sink. Soldered it right to the brass pill.
