On mine it is 3 twists for strobe and three more twists to SOS. Those hidden modes are also on the new 2019 Version RRT01.

here is how Vinh gets to strobe,
two quick increases in brightness,
does not have to be to maximum, but that is the easy way, to bump to two equal increases

OK I just received the light (technically it arrived yesterday) and has gotten its first use today. Damn it is quite something. The rotary ring is smooth and be easily operated with one hand. The LED can get to crazy low levels. Such an amazing little light.

So uhhh does any manufacturer make anything similar in 18650 or 21700 format?

Still working through jet lag and fatique. Got the broken pocket clip screws sorted and retapped. Also tried the JB DDA10 and it is confirmed. Maybe a little homely, but fully seated, and fully functional. Threads seat and o-ring is completely engaged. I tend to collect and keep red led display items, such as old Texas Instruments calculators and TIF Instruments digital ammeters. Never have imagined a future Lego from this DDA10. [image] [image]
