I should add that although the knife looks sweet, the flashlight probably isn't all that great.
Also, the knife is an assisted-opener.
Actually that flashlight is pretty terrific as a host (I believe they were $5 at lowes or something). I put $6-7 worth of parts and maybe an hour or two worth of work for a fantastic little AA light.
TIR + xpg2 + copper pipe cap + boost driver = great little throw around light.
Wow, that's surprisingly good new for modders. ;)
Thanks for the heads up btw. My first Kershaw arrived today. My first spring assisted as well. I like that feature quite a bit.
The flashlight is indeed similar to what I was expecting, but better quality than the other 2 I have. Nice matte finish with a better switch. The rest is the same, cheapo emitter, maybe 15-20 lumens. Definitely needs a major upgrade. 
I also received my Kershaw RJ Tactical 3.5 (and flashlight) today.
I thought the flashlight was dead on arrival, but once I removed a clear plastic disk that was on the tail spring, the flashlight worked fine.
The flashlight is mediocre at best (unmodded.)

Meanwhile, the knife is very good for the money!
The model number is 1986WM.
I think that means this combo was originally available at Walmart.
The RJ Tactical isn't as good as my Kershaw Link, but I paid a lot more for my Link.
My complaints about the RJ Tactical are pretty minor.
1. The handle is a little too thick.
2. The clip is too short and too tight.
So far, I'm pretty happy with this purchase. ;)
Good possibility. While I don’t recall seeing this particular set there this past holiday season. I know there are usually a couple every year.
This year there was a pretty cool set, I picked one up for me and one for a friend for xmas:
I looked at the SOG sets a couple times this year but ultimately deciding to pass.
A couple years ago I picked up one of these:
Decent enough set, the flashlight was junk, but $10 ea. for the knives was a fair deal (was $20).
Is that the legendary carabiner spork? 
one of the walmarts near me has these RJs on clearance for $15! Check you local stores!
It is incredible for 15$, but walmart does not exist here.
