I can confirm, that this shop is legit. I think if you ask flashaholics in Germany for a good shop and service, this shop will be in the top ten.
Excellent price…excellent light!
I got the Rofis, too. Angle head seems quite nice 2-in-1 option. The niteye’s problem is it’s xm-l inside very small light so huge spot.
The Rofis lights are nery nice! You will see .
You ordered ROFIS ER12 Stainless steel? Could you please post some pictures when it comes? I am still thinking couldn’t decide ![]()
I only got one normal ER12. For SS price I instead got the angle light, in part cus I already got a couple stainless. I can post impressions when I get them.
Ok, thanks a lot.
I got the Rofis lights and here’s a quick rundown:
Quality is good and very close to Jetbeam/Klarus. From other reviews the driver is high efficiency like the popular 1AA/2AA flashlights from those companies. The transformer is pretty awesome and best part of these. You can hold them with finger on the mode button, or hold in “reverse” with finger on power switch. Either way works with head straight or angled. Tint is average, but the emitter is slightly off center on both of mine. I think it’s a worthy alternative to other high end AA models. More versatile for same price (especially now). Tubes are interchangeable but JR40 has 4 modes, and JR30 has 3.
For some negatives the JR30 G2 claims to support 14500 with all modes on their website, but mine only works in high mode. Output is kinda low (130lumens) as with most AA models. I’ve contacted them about this.
The ER12 is a bit bigger than the Thrunite twisty or Nitecore EZAA, but not too bad. Low is higher than ideal.
Overall pretty good stuff and worth the price here.
Also, the reason I got these instead of the Niteye/Sunwayman: better driver (those are PWM) and something unique. IMO there are many cheap chinese clones that work well with buck driver or even just direct driven, but not many good AA ones.
