Some Sofirn/Wurkkos lights jump to the lowest mode with 2H (click + click&hold)!

You don’t have to turn them Off and then Hold, for the lowest mode.

All you have to do is to click + click&hold.

It works in TS26S, TS28, HS21, HD12.

It does not work with FC11C, HS40, HS23.

This sounds like the 2H from off (moonlight shortcut) is being misinterpreted by the firmware. A few things to try:

  1. Mechanically: clean the tailcap threads and spring contacts with isopropyl. Oxide buildup on the signal tube can cause the MCU to see a brief disconnect mid-ramp and interpret it as a new press.

  2. Firmware version: the earlier Anduril 2 builds for Sofirn/Wurkkos lights had a quirk where the 2H-from-off ramp direction would sometimes default to the opposite of your set ramp direction if the eeprom got a partial write during a low-battery shutdown. A factory reset (13H from off) usually clears this.

  3. If you are using a flat-top cell in a light that prefers button-tops, the intermittent contact at high current draw can cause the same symptom — the driver briefly loses power and restarts in default mode.

There is nothing misinterpreted here, by clicking once and then holding, you switch the flashlight off and then hold the button from off, which goes to moon - just as it should.
That it works that fast is nice.

Or am I missing something here?

Timing is a key here.
Some lights don’t register quick 2H as Off + 1H (FC11C is one of them).

This OP is not about Anduril lights.

It apparently is a feature not a bug/fault. Just no one posted about it earlier.
