someone close to bwi

Hi, well I'm planning next month travel to the east coast to this technology event. I'm going to be there for about 2 weeks, I will stay with a friend in Washington. I'm hoping to know a little bit of the city since my last trips have been only for a few days.

My friend is going to pick me up to the airport, but the event will be in Baltimore, so I'm looking for the best option to get to there. Does someone or have you ever taken a taxi or something there? Thanks for your help! I'm looking for cheaper prices.

Sorry, this is the event information. Also, hope I can meet someone there

Someone in the forum of the event mention this bwi car service, are fair rates?

Uber. Nuff said.

Cheapest I would assume

If you are staying in DC, but going to the event in Baltimore I would recommend the MARC (Maryland Area Regional Commuter) Train. It will be your cheapest and likely fastest option.

You probably want to take the Camden line from Union Station (DC) to Camden Station (Balt). [Camden Yards = Baltimore Orioles]

From Camden Station you can take light rail, a bus, taxi, or Uber to your location. Or if going to the Baltimore Convention Center - walk. It is just across the street.

BWI MARC station is on the PENN Line.

Look at the schedules for Penn Line and Camden Line and see if one meets your needs better. Also look at where the Baltimore stations are located for the Penn line and Camden line. They drop you in different places.
