i would never have thought of long exposure to explain what appeared to be a devious traffic trap 
somehow i don’t think CK or ttrev would be satisfied with such a narrow spectrum cri! cue world’s first modded traffic light

Sorry guy’s, was doing a RGB turbo test, hope I didn’t cause any accidents. Green emitters wernt well enough heatsinked and the domes burned up, that’s why they look yellow.
LOL! I thought maybe you were using high CRI WW emitters.
