Looking for DIY 2x18650 power bank with QC 3? USB Power Devices

Hi guys! As it says in the subject I am looking for a compact 2x18650 power bank that has quick charge 3.0. My perfect power bank would be something like the Tomo M2 (which is what I keep in my purse now) but with QC3 so I can get “fast charging” on my Samsung phone. I have looked on eBay and Fasttech, but maybe it doesn’t exist… Thanks!

Dose Gearbest have powerbank better than the TOMO M4 USB Power Devices

Hello every one I want to buy a good 4x 18650 power bank that able to give 2A to my phone I have read the talented HKJ’s Review about this TOMO M4 but i felt he wasn’t very happy about it, and i am making an order from Gearbest that is why i am asking is there is a power bank better than the TOMO M4 at GearBest ?

I ordered one. Ask me again in about 1 month to share experience. I don't have the knowledge to make a teardown or anything but at least basic functionality and build quality I can report.

Build quality is above average. I have complaints regarding interface/firmware - it's not clear when the power bank is charged. Sometimes there is a progress bar with percentage, sometimes only a progress bar, sometimes nothing. I need to connect a USB power meter to figure out whether charging works or not. I haven't checked with my USB power meter how much amps are being put inside yet but charging speed seems decent. Never discharged more than 20% capacity of the cells though.

Discharging is OK but I've pushed only 1A through it. I tried some Samsung (S9 I think) with a brand new quality 2.4A cable - it didn't charge at all. Second cable didn't work either. Guessing some issue with QC. I'm using 3500mAh Samsung unprotected cells - no issues with warming up so far.

In a few weeks I'll have a new phone with 18W charging, we'll see how that goes.

Obviously the product needs a proper teardown.

I own one power bank Soshine E4S without QC old model .
It was good but now is not working .

There is an IC which. came very hot but is not inscription on it .

I have to mention that power bank has LCD with charging/discharging progres bar, percentage of charging, voltage and current information .
