A decade ago or more, airless wheel was introduced, and many predicted great future for it, yet, turned out it was not suitable for road cars, too heavy, not fast enough rebound, dirt, snow, clog it. however is is very much suitable for slow moving vehicles, like bobcats and others, i see them from time to time on such vehicles. This wheel does seem to have same flaws, but for wheelchairs it may be ok, however price will be a determined factor.
