I have been viewing several locations and options for the Southern Ontario Beemshoot / BBQ meet that i spoke of earlier in the summer.
I have several good locations checked out for one evening/night only meet, but other options have come to mind also. depending on how far interested people wanted to drive to get here, would an over night camping/RV thing be better ?
say either a camping park with suitable area for beam shots, photography, campfire, etc.,
or just a evening/night meet/BBQ in evening then with Beam shoot after dark for a fiew hours then everyone depart after then ?
I have a camping park in mind that would be suitable for such an event, maybe make it a annual BLF weekend camp-meet thing if there was enough interest.
Also a weekend of suitability woudl be good to select.
I can supply a RV for sleeping up to 7 people, and provide the photography equiptment, BBQ gear, Tables, chairs, Tripods, etc. all you would have to bring is your Lights, food, and camping gear if a camping weekend is planned. I also have several Dome tents if needed.)
I may post this on that “other” forum to see if there is interest there, or keep it on BLF only if requested.
Bort has driven to Dallas Texas, though not for a camping trip
under 2 hours, it is no problem at all (outside of rush hour traffic of course)
Bort lied about camping gear, Bort has a sleeping bag and a penchant for staying up all night
