Looking for a lens and reflector 80mm for an Eveready captain, an aluminium reflector would be best so I could mod but even a plastic spare would do because mine is so scratched.

There are some stores in ALiExpress that sell glass lens. I guess most of them are smaller than that diameter. But maybe you can contact them and ask if they have some in stock or if they can get some to sell to you

You’ll never find one .. and those oldreflectors will never work with newer leds anyway . I’d just cut a new piece of glass or go buy a lens if you can’t cut glass . And if the lights to be modded/ upgraded I’d buy a common reflector like a C8 reflector and then use dc fix or a frosted coating to fill in the outer edges of the lens just for looks then build basiclly a C8 in a cool retro body . If you just want to keep your light original than it’s probably just simpler to buy one off ebay in more minty condition than searching for parts . I have a small collection of older ligjts . Some very nice .. but probably not worth the time and effort to make them now a super light . Truth is the bodies are cool looking but pretty chintzy.

I have a few 2d Rayovac sportsman's a 2c sportsmanand a 4 or 5 D sportsman ... and a 2 D captain and a 2 C Eveready captain that i think fits nicely in your hand verses the fatter D cell lights .

Like the 6 million dollar man We could make him faster , jump higher , stronger ... but is it really worth it to basiclly create a light within a light .. using the shell “ Just for looks”

too many old lights that could be modded

.. otoh it seems like a good place for outdated led emitters that got pulled from lights to upgrade to a newer brighter , more efficient emitter.

I have a few sheets of thicker totally frosted diffuser sheets that could double as a lens in smaller lights but 80 mm is pretty huge you’d need glass . I’d just cut a piece it doesn’t even need to be perfectly round since there’s lots of extra space in those heads. The closer you look at them the more you realize they are not well built . If you took the time to mod one it would become a much much better built light .
