Hi Rick, #3 says: "Switch: twist on/off / Twist to switch modes". I think this is a mistake. How many modes does it have? And doesn't it have a clicky switch?

No 3 is the same as my sipik sk68. Are you sure it takes 16340? and how. Its 14500 here but not on cnq.

No 2 looks like the sk58 with a better led

How is mode memory and emitter tint on the Yezl A3 (not A2)? Like, how many seconds of off before it remembers?

I got the 5 mode version of the Yezl T3 from you a while ago and it's a really nice light. Nice build quality, very solid feeling, good threads and machining with a nice emitter tint. Very bright pulls 1 amp on high and has a really nice low at .07 amps. I highly recommend it, my favorite zoomy. I just realized mine also has a hidden program mode like the EDI-T.

I have the edi-t, but it's kind of loose and not all that. Is this better?

I am not sure the only Edi-t I own is the P-4 and that light is awesome. The head on the P-4 or the Yezl are not loose at all. I did take them both apart and applied silicon lube to the o-rings and tightened everything up. The machining tolerances on both are very tight so the heads don't wiggle at all.

Yeah, I heard that about the p4, but it's no longer available and the programmable one is kinda meh. The head isn't "loose" as much as it's doesn't distinguish itself from similar price lights. The good c78 I have has less head wiggle. Not great tint either. It's competent in a bland way.

I just checked and the T3 is exactly the same (except black ring for the bezel) as the edi-t t11. Emitter tint was very WC (cool).

It would also be nice to get an answer to the mode timing question for the A3 (again, not A2). A lot of these 3-mode lights have longish delay before either remember or go back to default mode. The T3/T11 isn't that bad at 5-6 sec, but some are like 1min, which makes using them for momentary on/off impossible.
