Hello guys, I have ordered Skyray king 3emitter, but I have received 7 emitter instead. Now I have contacted seller, with request of sending 3emitter SRK. He replied, thath 7emitter is brighter, so I wrote him, I need torch with longer throw. He suggested me this light Ultrafire WF 3xT6
He claims, that it has longer throw than SRK 3 emitter.
Should I choose SRK 3 emitter or Ultrafire 3 emitter???
Heck, keep the seven emitter anyway and replace the emitters with Nichia 219B. Just beautiful.
I am keeping 7 emitter too… but he can send me one of those lights with discount as apology
If you don’t mind the longer handle of the ultrafire, and is looking for max throw, then the ultrafire is better for you.
ultrafire is as ease to modificate as SRK??
I wouldn’t buy from the same seller based on his own recommendation though… Not until he resolves the issue with the light you purchased…

The Ultrafire is probably easier to modify as most SRK's don't even have an LED pill/shelf these days. One thing to consider if you go with the Ultrafire is that you need to really step up your Li-ion safety protocol as it arranges the cells in a Series configuration.
