Hey guys I needed something to mount my SST-50 led to so I came up with this ? I did it in few min so its lil dirty, ill be drilling a hole on each side for my wires
Just thought id share incase someone else needs a solution
Tinned the top, next will be to file it flush

Yea it’s from the soldering paste, but will shine up nice

Looks better now. But you should make the post where the LED will sit more smooth. Looks a little rough.

ill be adding pics as I go I have to file the top and add solder to it and mount the led, thanks for posting what u though
