Hey all - just curious if anyone has gotten into modifying this particular Streamlight, or knows enough about them to tell me what I could expect. Or just advise that it’s not worth my time…

I have the weapon mounted version, i did the dedome and it didnt change much of anything other than mess up the center hot spot, just be careful, dome was pretty soft.
I have a better replacement on the way from Convoy..
Cost is low enough and you just need to solder on the two leads..

Hey, thanks for reaching out… I’ve held off since there isn’t much info out there.
I’m thinking I’ll probably give a full emitter swap at some point when I’ve got the equipment & work up the courage. But it’s working fine as is at my office on my desk for now.
