It’s a bit hard to make out the details, but I’m fairly sure that’s a Cree XP-G2. The die size looks proportionally correct, it’s got the silver coating on the base with the little dark notch in one corner, and a shadow along the opposite edge of the dome.

Awesome! The mystery is solved! It makes sense based on the specs and the light’s run time.
