I have seen two ITP lights die . One , an A2 , was in the hands of a mechanic , the other , an A3 , a carpenter .
Both of the lights received rough use . I had bought them at Shiningbeam . I emailed Bryan , and he replaced both lights for free .
I told my friends not to throw their new lights around , and so far , (several months later ) so good .
I use the Olight i2 as one of my keychain lights. It's a nice AA, but it is a twisty if that bothers her. I use alkalines in mine, never had any issues. Then there is always the TK41

Fenix E01 is the toughest. Never heard of one breaking...and there have been some serious torture tests.
I like my A3 better for obvious reasons, but the E01 is built like a tank in comparison.
