who is overwhelmed by the light's performance?

I know I’ve complained about it in the other thread, and I seem to be the exception- and I’ll be brief to avoid beating a dead horse. Mine isn’t working with the software. I’ve had a help ticket open for about a week and a half- nearly 2 weeks now… and it seemed like they were going to get it resolved last week “within 24 hours” but I’m still waiting on a response from the bug information I sent them last Tuesday.
Were they on holiday last week? I think I read that somewhere- so I’m not sure why they said 24 hours.
so wat happened to the B- and C-releases?
