Sunwayman V60C Beamshots

I just got done taking these. The V60C was brought up in another thread. So let's compare it again to some I took last nite. Conditions are pretty much the same. It's always black here. SP2 setting(nite) And I put 3 fully charged Hi-Max 18650 batteries in it.

Sunwayman V60C 70yds

Sunwayman V60C 200yds to the trees behind the last electric pole

And it really didn't do bad at all.

Now comparing that to the Crelant 7G5 on both the same exact shots that I took last nite.

And the Olight M3X

And the Sunwayman T40CS

Anyway I may have been a little bit of an ass earlier today to a member here in another thread. But I thought I would do my best to fullfill his wishes. And I hope that he and I know he knows who he is will accept my apology and this will help make it better and ok. Again the V60C is a very nice light, and I really like it.

Brad

Well done Brad! You are a gentleman.

Well we all have our days. And my nites are usually better.

You are just such a softie Brad. Nice pics.

thanks Brad..good shots..nice to see the difference..

You bet buddy. And you let me know if there are any more requests.

Olight SR51 same distances

Fenix TK41

ThruNite Catapult V3

Interesting that only about one year ago, the Catapult was considered the king of throw in this class. Now, although no slouch at throw, even a AA light like the TK41 is considerably better in the throw department.

I agree David.

Great shots!!! pounder I am sorry for how I replied to you. I want the best for the V60C because I grab it almost every time I go outside. I like the beam on it. But look at that TK41 throw, not bad!!

Awesome shots! Thx for taking the time to share them. Perceivably, which is the best thrower to you? Also, have you taken lux measurements for each? To me, it looks like the M3X (even though there are a few that are all very close).

thanks Rick..no hard feelings..things went south..I apologize as well..tk41 is an impressive light for using aa's

I wish someone could do mouse overs with the V60C and the T40CS it's closer than I thought.

Thanks for taking the time to do this for us!

Here you go (mouse out - V60C, mouse over - T40CS):

phantom23,

Thank you for showing us a much better view. At the 200yd shot the V60C looks better to me but at 60yd the T40CS looks better. Tough one, pounder you had a good argument.

Only thing I can tell is the t40cs may have a tighter hot spot but they are both impressive.

wow these beamshots seem to be brighter than my 85w hid ebay flashlight :o

Rick,

If you look into the trees in the woods below the swinning pool, you can tell the T40CS is a better thrower. Remember too, the T40CS is a tighter beam and is actually going over the pool. I aimed both of them at the top of the last electric pole. But the V60C has a wider beam. But just looking at the poles on the 2 shots it appears the V60C is brighter. But I'm sure I can take some more shotsof the T40CS and get a different effect. I think this is like waht 2100 was trying to explain one time before. I can see what is going on more so in the woods with the shot from the T40CS.

But I will be the first to admit the V60C is doing a lot better than I gave it credit to be. Maybe it decided to fool me. LOL!
