I like really bright small lights and not many of them are even practical on high/turbo. About two years ago I got this light from VanIsleDSM 3115 Lumen "Thread-On" for 6P and FM26XXX hosts. | Candle Power Flashlight Forum He built mine with XP-G2 S2 about a year after he left the forums. I get with good IMR’s about a 7.5-8.0 amp draw on high. Now we have these http://www.cutter.com.au/proddetail.php?prod=cut2532 that use the same optical. With a FET Driver and a Toffy switch I’m part way there. Anyone think of a good host, the optical are 40mm’s nothing I’m looking at is heavy enough to eat the heat. My goal is about 2 amps per led.
Hi Texas,
Can that mcpcb be configured with the leds in parallel?
I like small bight lights too!
It’s wired in series but can be creatively converted to parallel.
