I know the 9N is an incandecent lol.
However, many of you LEDers may have one.
I have two with the same problem.
The low beam, or the small bulb, if you wish, is not working.
Is this a defect, or common occurence with this light?.
Or I’m I doing something wrong.
Can this be fixed, restored to original, or is the little bulb available?.
Don’t own such lights myself, but I’ve heard about them.
If today were a decade ago I would say you needed a $50 N90 lamp/reflector-assembly.
But like xenon, Ni-Cad, Buick, Edsel, Oldsmobile, Studebaker, etc-etc-etc. They don’t make’m anymore.
Typically a life long warranty lasts: “as long as the commercial life-cycle”. Not as: object, owner or useful.
Really don’t know if it is possible (and you are able) to disassemble the assembly.
Small maybe: the low light bulb is activated by turning the bezel 90degr backwards.
Have you tried wiggling the head(s) back and forth in case one of the contacts is a bit oxidised?
Or is the low bulb always on, and is the high bulb activated by turning the bezel until the end.
