There is this relatively simple mod - inserting a small plastic disk under the rubber switch cover to firm it in FC11C:
I wonder if anyone has successfully done something similar with the T6 switch?
For my Convoy flashlights, I cut off the tip of an old switch and glue it to the top of the switch in order to “firm it” up. It fills in the gap and makes the switch much more responsive.
All of my Convoy flashlights have a silicone switch cover since I like to add a lighted switch. So I have plenty of non-lighted switches for parts.

How did you get such a clean, uniform cut? I imagine it would be very easy to make the cut unevenly thick, or to induce scraping or fracturing.
I slice it off with a razor blade and sand down the bottom until it’s flat. The middle section is actually hollow so I sand it until just the solid top is remaining.
The plastic is flexible (not brittle) and make sure to put something in front of the switch when slicing the tip off since it usually goes flying once it’s cut!
Superglue works great to secure it on top.
