I have the Fenix one. It works quite well, as long as your light fits; note that the 18-22mm diameter range excludes most 18650 lights. You can have one light on each side of your head, or the spare battery carrier works nicely to counterbalance a single light.
It can be rather heavy, though - you definitely need the top strap for most uses. I tend to prefer putting a BLF-348 on the bill of my baseball cap, unless I need more light or a longer uninterrupted runtime.
