Don't get it from DX - the head will be very, very seriously glued.
KD ones weren't glued around the time I got mine.
To be honest am not wanting to mod one so taking the head off doesn’t really concern me!
But, can the bezel be removed for glass/reflector cleaning?
DON'T CLEAN THE REFLECTOR! It will never be the same again...
Yes, My brother-in-law has one and the bezel ring can be removed to allow the lens to be cleaned, but I normally wouldn't remove it unless absolutely necessary... Such as when he dropped his on a hard floor and it sheared the emitter off the board... :X
I replaced the emitter with a good spare I had on hand but had to completely disassemble the light from the bezel end...
