I am having problems with getting any sense out of the Tmart team.
I ordered 3 items using express shipping and paid with Paypal as usual with all of my online dealings.
One of the items was not available so I changed my order.
The system asked me to pay the extra for that item as it cost more.
I used Paypal and sent the extra money.
After a week of frustration I still do not know if they changed the item as I paid extra for or not.
Bunch of F%$5ng idiots who don’t know much English.
But other places can understand clearly what you want done without problems like Lightmalls and others.
I get a new service person handling my enquiries and every time I get a stupid response.
Does anyone have trouble with Tmart?

Sparky- You can find a Tmart thread on here where Tmart reps post and hopefully assist with your issues…
First time = Last time after all this crap with Chinglish sales and service reps on the email trail.
I just sent a PM to Sherry Ye (Tmart girl) to see if she can tell me what is going on with my order and the time it is taking to get it delivered.
I just got an email from Tmart saying they had already sent the order before it was changed to the other item I wanted.
They are refunding the extra money I sent via Paypal and the Express Mail fee.
I will believe it when the parcel arrives and the money is credited back thru Paypal to my bank account.
Slow resolution but maybe it is coming to an end.

You can find customer service Sherry Ye of tmart, she will give you a good reply, I have also had an order problems have not been resolved, she helped me to solve, thanks Sherry Ye

LOL, No she give no reply Tmart says one thing but does the complete opposite BTW you’re not helping their cause You probably don’t even own a flashlight…
