I bought some of these GTF 26650 8800mah batteries on Ebay. What arrived looked identical, but instead of labeled GTF, It was Labeled GIF, and they were actually 26700 size battery dimensions. When I charged them in a 12v series, they overheated and 4 Died. I dissembled the 1st one and this is what was in there. I disassemble 3 more of these and each one had a different colored 18650 battery in it. There was no protection circuit inside either battery as advertised. When I ran a capacity test on them they each produced about 1.5mah - 1.68mah. I’m thinking they may even have been used batteries since some of them never charged to more than 3.83 volts?

Obviously no protection built in as the site advertised. A Disaster just waiting to happen. So I bought some used server backup batteries and they all seem to be working at about 80-90% capacity, and no doubt will outlast these GIF batteries.
