Aaah Vapcell Dennis! Yes that is right. I also have a Lii-202 and a precision power supply, thought the Lii-500 wouldn't have trouble starting the discharge from a higher voltage in the cells but since I could reference Henrik's quite old Samsung ICR18650-30B cell test, I didn't care.

Will give'em a go at 4.3 - 4.35V.
Right now testing some cheap “1000mAh” 18350s in my Lii-500, they're clocking at ≈900mAh and we'll see how they do concerning DC internal resistance. I am not exactly happy with label exaggerating tendencies so I am going to make myself heard to the AE case management team to ask for a bit of a partial refund depending on the latter score, I think this is a fair way to ask sellers and rewrapping companies for honesty.

Cheers ^:)
