Test/Review of AWT IMR18650 3000mAh (Red) 35A 2015

AWT IMR18650 3000mAh (Red) 35A 2015

Official specifications:

  • Nominal Capacity: 3000MAH
  • Nominal Voltage: 3.7V
  • Cycle life: Over 600 times

This is a high capacity and high current cell.

The cells can deliver a lot of current, but 35A is a bit optimistic, there is also a problem with difference between the two cells.

Conclusion

The capacity is fairly high and the cell do deliver a lot of current, but I would have like better matching between the cells.

If you call this battery Samsung 30Q, will I have wrong ?
I do not know if you have a different opinion , but I see it as an image discharge , the 30Q.

Thank you for your help HKJ.

I compared the flat top of a 30Q that I have in front of me , to the photo of the AWT.They both have 3 feet , each of which is about half as wide as the gap between them. The HE2 has 4 feet.
The discharge curve shows a strong initial voltage sag, followed by recovery, just like the 25R.
